Peranakan Stories follows four young voices from different Peranakan communities as they share their personal journeys of heritage, identity, and belonging. Working directly with The Peranakan Museum, I researched, produced and field directed this documentary.

The Great Migration: New Eden is a 1 x 60 min documentary for CNA. An observational documentary by nature, I spent one year embedded with the Jurong Bird Park team as they moved some 3500 birds from one end of Singapore to the other. Being a shooting producer meant that I was solely responsible for simultaneously story directing, shooting and sound.

EVERY SINGAPOREAN SON, SEASON 3 (2021), Ministry of Defence, Singapore (8 X 23 min)

Every Singaporean Son is an observational 8 part series revolving around the rite of passage every Singaporean male must embark on – Basic Military Training. I was embedded with the batch of recruits for the duration of their training and followed alongside as an on-the-ground shooting story producer amongst the recruits, chasing and piecing together editable stories. In post production, I assisted the main edit producer through collating and building individual stories for the episodes.
